Booking & Availability

We recommend booking at least 12–18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (November through February) and popular venues. That said, we do occasionally accommodate bookings with shorter lead times depending on our schedule. For last-minute inquiries, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to help.
Once we've had our initial consultation and you've decided to proceed, we'll send you a Service Agreement and a booking form. A retainer fee (typically 30–50% of the total package cost) is required to officially secure your date on our calendar. Dates are held on a first-come, first-served basis.
We understand that life is unpredictable. Our policy allows for one complimentary date change within 12 months, subject to availability. For cancellations, a portion of the retainer may be non-refundable to cover work already completed. Full details are outlined in our Service Agreement provided during onboarding.

Services & Packages

Absolutely! Our packages are starting frameworks, not rigid structures. We encourage every couple to personalize their package by adding or removing services. Whether you need extra styling hours, additional coordination staff, or specialized vendor sourcing — we'll build a package that fits your unique needs and budget perfectly.
Wedding costs vary significantly based on guest count, location, date, season, and the specific services required. We believe in providing accurate, personalized quotes rather than misleading generic prices. Every quote we provide is fully transparent with no hidden fees — you'll always know exactly what you're paying for and why.
Our Day-Of Coordination includes a pre-wedding planning session 4–6 weeks prior, detailed timeline creation, vendor confirmation calls, rehearsal attendance, and full on-site coordination on your wedding day from venue setup to final send-off. We bring an emergency kit, manage all vendor arrivals, and handle any unexpected situations so you don't have to.
Yes! We offer flexible payment schedules to make planning stress-free. Typically, payments are structured as: 30–50% retainer upon booking, a second installment 6 months before the wedding, and the final balance 30 days before the event. We can also arrange custom payment schedules for couples with different timelines.

Coordination & Planning

We limit the number of weddings we coordinate per weekend to ensure every couple receives our full attention and best work. Each lead coordinator handles a maximum of one wedding per day. For high-demand dates, we may assign different coordinators from our team — but every couple always works with the same lead coordinator throughout their planning journey.
Yes! From our first consultation to your final dance, you'll work with the same dedicated lead coordinator. This ensures consistency, deep understanding of your vision, and a genuine relationship built on trust. Your coordinator will be your primary point of contact for everything — no passing you around between different staff members.
We maintain detailed contingency plans for every possible scenario — from sudden weather changes and vendor no-shows to wardrobe emergencies and timeline delays. Our comprehensive emergency kit covers common day-of issues. In 10+ years, we've successfully navigated unexpected challenges without couples ever knowing there was a problem. Vendors & Suppliers

Yes — this is one of our most valuable services. We maintain an exclusive network of 150+ pre-vetted vendors including photographers, videographers, caterers, florists, bands, DJs, hair & makeup artists, cake designers, and venues. Our recommendations are always based on your style, budget, and the specific requirements of your wedding. We only recommend vendors we trust completely.
Of course! You're welcome to use any vendor you've already booked or have a personal connection with. We'll coordinate with them just as professionally as we would with our own network partners. The only thing we ask is that all vendors share their contract details with us so we can properly coordinate logistics and timelines.
No. We have a strict no-commission policy. Our vendor recommendations are based purely on quality and suitability for your wedding — never financial incentives. Our income comes entirely from our coordination fees, which means our recommendations are always in your best interest. Transparency is a core value we hold firmly.

Destination Weddings

Yes! We specialize in destination weddings across the Philippines. Our most popular destinations include Palawan (El Nido, Coron), Boracay, Siargao, Cebu, Batanes, Bohol, and Tagaytay. We have established vendor networks and trusted local partners in all these locations.
Absolutely — we have extensive experience planning weddings for OFWs and Filipino diaspora couples worldwide. We conduct meetings via Zoom or Google Meet, offer virtual venue tours, digital mood boards, and detailed online planning portals. Many of our destination wedding couples never visit the venue until their actual wedding day, and everything still turns out perfectly.
Destination weddings do involve travel and accommodation costs for our coordination team, which are factored into the package quote. We're always transparent about these costs upfront. In many cases, the access to our established local vendor networks in island destinations helps offset these costs with better vendor rates and smoother logistics.

Our primary expertise is weddings, but we also coordinate closely related celebrations including debut/18th birthday parties, anniversary galas, intimate engagement parties, bridal showers, and rehearsal dinners. For large corporate events, we'd recommend specialist event management companies, but we're always happy to discuss your needs.
